Excelsior

I tried logging in, i had an account on an old computer and updated to a new one, and Reinstalled UO Excelsior today, and it's not letting me. Is there a way to reset this for the new computer?

i dont think that your profile is connected to pc. but if somehow its done (by ip locking, etc...) than u should contact with +C about this problem. Also check, didnt you used caps lock while wrote password.
