Does this task work? How to get a totem as those that veterans wear on the server?

Other tasks work? On the New Year 2023/2024, I did not go through tasks for a totem. I do not understand anything!(((
Where can I get at least any totem?(((

Until this is done, only Christmas and Halloween is open
as far i know, just Christmas one is having open totem quest.
