Questions about the holidays.

It says that on Valentine's Day you can get a totem as a reward for completing the task: https://uoex.net/wiki/Seasonal_totems
Does this task work? How to get a totem as those that veterans wear on the server?

Other tasks work? On the New Year 2023/2024, I did not go through tasks for a totem. I do not understand anything!(((
Where can I get at least any totem?(((
