Bod Troubles?

Post by KnitePrince »

I saw someone today complain because they didnt get a bod after turning one in.. I just figured out why.
If you klik on the bod, meaning on the button on the BOD itself where it says claim your reward, you do NOT get another bod instantly, However, if you drop the bod on the smith, you CAN get another bod instantly...
for what its worth to those of oyu turning in bods, if you want to get another right away, just drop it on the smith, rather than kliking the button

That's how they work, you drag and drop.

I noticed something else, too. When I turn in BODs to a "tailor" I don't get another BOD right away. But when I turn the BOD into a "weaver" I get a BOD right away. Has this happened to anyone else? Plus, I noticed that in Heartwood, I only have to wait 2 hours to get another tailor BOD instead of the 6 hours. ^_^

6 hours? Sounds like you need to take bods from the tailors in the first place.

Yes..I agree. I found this very confusing too. When i fist started i only did smithing bods which the button works on (well for turning in anyway). When i later did try to do a bow bod i went from NPC to NPC looking for one that had the turn in button. Not being able to find one i finally just gave up and just held onto it. Much later I was told that you have to drop them on some.

As for the turn in and get a new one part. I was convinced that it did not work because i had tried it using the button for black smith bods. It was only a couple days ago that i learned you had to do the drop on method for it to work.
