Excelsior

I noticed a few items were pure black on the shard, (mainly portals and some stones) im guessing thease are custom hues, where would i beable to download them?

do you see it alot? some people do have pure black items but i guess if you see it happen a lot then you might need to patch. you'd be seeing pure black like, 50% of the time or more if you arent patched. the download of the UO client on the site here has the custom hues already figured in so you could just reinstall UO with that

im patched to 5.0.5b thats what the site recommends but i still cant sell alot of stuff, even in the excelsior halls i cant see anything it just looks like an open field.

wow like grassy? or you just mean you dont see any items but you can see the stone design of the town center? confused a bit, heh

One thing to note: Excelsior Halls are static, means you need to have a proper patch that was made specifically for our shard. Towncenter isnt frozen so you get to see it even if you don't have the patch (also why it lags so much )

I suggest you simply download the 600mb file that you can find on www.uoex.net/startup page. It has all the stuff properly patched.
