Hello,

I enjoy in to join this shard for the first time. I am stuck on verifying account no matter what I try to do. I downloaded the client from the webpage and then using that to launch the game. I have tried changing the port number and my firewall is in the DMZ and my personal firewall is set to allow. What am I doing wrong?

that happened to me on another server, i think it was because my brother got our ip adress blocked

is this a new account and or have you logged in before with this info. because if you are logging for first time (which actuallly creates account) you may very well be attempting to create an account or accessing an account that currently or previously exists without it giving you warning that you are trying to access an account that is not yours. Which in turn you may need to choose an alternate user name and/or password to start.

Also are you attempting to log in with client only or with 3rd party like razor? if you are trying with razor try with client only. If with client only try with razor. If you are still finding trouble i recommend checking version again to confirm right one not that i dont think it is already but just thinking of options here.

An account may also get stuck if the name by which you are trying to create for your character is unavailable. Try choosing a different name when creating your character.
