I have a Classic House.(14x14) If I demolish it will I get a refund for the price I payed? I think I can place a larger Custom house on that area.(14x16 or 14x18) Also, does anyone know if I demolish the Classic house, will my item inside go to a moving crate or do I need to empty it first?

empty it first... now if you were to customize it, it will go into a moving create... so demolishing your house with all your stuff in there will drop to the ground for anyone to pick up.... so where do you live?

i have a classic house I place in NE Yew, but it looks like I could place a larger house ( custom) on that plot since I have clean open space behind the classic I placed. So I think I can go from 14x14 classic to 14x16 or 18 with a custom. If I demolish the classic house will I get the 131K value of it back or do I loose that?
