Afaik there is no 120 begging, though.
You know ... the easiest way would be to invest 500k and get a custom title.

Yep it's the same here, lock all the skills when you're done raising them and keep your Begging skill set with the arrow pointing up.

But now, if I wanna keep my Begging, I can't have any skills over 100 tho. Kinda sucks but, okay ^_^
