Excelsior

hi everybody. i cant log into excelsior! i can get to the world part, and my character names but when it goes to open up my play screen it says "connection lost"
when i tried logging into another shard it worked just fine
any help here?!?!
AM I BANNED??!?!?!

Is it possible that one of your other characters is currently logged out in Felucca? If so, you no longer can log in on another character until that character located in Felucca is relocated to another facet. Advise me if this solves your problem.
