My wife just downloaded the client and tried making a account on her pc and got this message... "There is some problem communicating with Origin"...Can anyone help fix this

in game type [account and and at the bottom request another account for your household

you have to create her account through your account while your logged in. do the [account while in game and follow the instructions and she will be able to log in.
