Are the PS scrolls not given for rewards for those skills and/or others on this shard for filling LRG Bods?

Master of the Arts champ drops Power Scrolls. The newbie champ is also a Master of the Arts.

Well i guess that dont help me out anymore since im now past the 21 day limit to even do that champ...do other champs happen to spawn them also or am i gonna just gonna have to end up buying them now...Just wondering is all.

If my memory is correct, the Masters of Arts all spawn every 6 hours.

Perhaps someone could correct me if I'm mistaken.

yes the 3 that are not in the young player area respawn ~6 hours after she is killed
