ok I found the farmer and bought some seeds. Planted them nearby in a farm plot. Tried to water them from a water pitcher didnt work. And in about 10 minutes they turned to weeds. pulled up the weeds and started over.
learned fast that double clicking a seedling pulls it up. o.O


So what am I missing here? I have like 80 lumberjacking which if i read right is what growing is based on.
Couldnt find any info here in the forums other then buy seeds from the farmer.

i know it is silly but you need to GM cooking to be able to grow crops. I was the first one to grow flax on the shard and i ws told to Gm cooking before i even attempted.. i didn;t and sure enough i grew weeds.

after I Gm'd cooking, i grew nothing but good plants... i actully don;t even think i had to water them, just plant them

actually that helps tons. It tells me what was wrong. well now I'll work on cooking if i can only find out how to get a set of crafters keys. to help me get over the silly weight limits. So i can actually carry something. lol
