skill essences question

my dexer has 115 fencing and i have enough essence to push him past 120 but my question is is that possible or do i have to scroll to 120 first thanks

you can use essence's up to 125 with only a 115 ps. with a 120 scroll you can get up to 130. so only 10 over your cap. good luck.

you could cripple yourself if not careful in how you apply them
if you are at or over 120 skill with essences then the powerscroll won't work & with the cap of 100 points of skill from essences you would only make it to 125.

If you use the 120 scroll at anytime between 115 and 120 then you could skill up to 120 manually then apply essences & make it to 130 skill which is the upper cap

Is this true? I can't believe it, actually.
Power Scrolls raise up the cap and the essences raise up the actual value. Why should they conflict with each other...
But if it IS true then I'm already crippled half of my skills (the most usable ones).

As far as i know this is not true. When I was a noob I had most of my stats at 125 until i got a 120 and got all of my skills to 130. You can only go 10 whole points over your cap. The two are not linked. If you are at 125 and you eat a 120, then you can jump up to 130..... (unless it has changed)
