help with items and how to find them

okay so, after being on the shard for about 5 days i've found out what i want to work for ive gotten a few items such as jackals collar, crimson cincture etc.

what i need now is to know how to get these next few items.

how do i get
bat wings sandals?
gloves of the pugilist?
gem of completions(i understand that i need to do the quest, i started by telling the person which dungeon i wanna do first, i got the bag, i just need to know the location of these dungeons? or do i have to summon something? and how do i find out what items i need?)

also what kinda of bow do you think is best for leveling?

craftable yumis? hanzos? etc
and what stats do they need?

check uoguide.com or stratics for what to kill where to get loots

check excelsior wiki for goc quest info and uoguide or stratics again for dungeon locations except you dont have to quest here to get into said dungeons ( i dont think) just walk right in when you find them

horselord is prolly one of the best bows for leveling
