Leather types and where to find

I looked on the Wiki, but was unable to find the information. It would be nice to add this to the Wiki. Ore/Wood goes by veins, so that's not as difficult to figure out as Leather.

How about a list of what gives certain leather types.

Regular leather - Bears, Great Hart/Hind, etc
Spined Leather - Lizardmen, Ratmen
Horned Leather - Drakes
Barbed Leather - Dragons, White Wyrm
Polar Leather - Giant Ice Serpents
Synthetic Leather -
Blaze Leather -
Daemonic Leather - Daemons
Shadow Leather -
Frost Leather - Ice Fiend
Ethereal Leather -

And yes I realize that leather is given as a reward for Taming BoDs.

I'll edit/add to this as soon as I can find, test and confirm leather types, or others volunteer information.

Edit: OK I have some types finally confirmed after I went out and did some testing. So far everything is covered either by skinning the creature itself, or by using a Gargoyle Knife to gain the next higher up leather type - except for Blaze.

Where does one obtain Blaze leather from?

Bump. I'm stumped as to where I can gather the different kinds of leather unless I just buy them.

crystal hydra drops 80 normal leathers

Shadow Leather --> Shadow Wyrms (it also drop the barbed ones and shadow scales)

Blaze leather is mostly from bod and using gargoyle knife... I am not sure if the fire behemoth gives any leather at all? I will skin one later today see if they give leather or not.

The mobs in trammel seem to only drop 1-2 leather, which is pretty disheartening... anyways, do the same mobs in felucca drop more leather or are gargoyle knives a better option?
