Hey bud, fairly easy skill to max out just need some time and a good macro.
*Excerpt from Evaluating Intelligence book at Excelsior Library*
"All you need for this one is a blue named NPC and Razor, you will max in not time. To set up the macro you just need to use the skill on the NPC of your choice, set a 1 second delay, and you are GM/Legendary in no time. Now the important part to setting the macro is finding a NPC that will not stray too far from you. The easiest to find and use would be the guards on either side of the entrance gate to Lord Blackthorne's castle..."
Any more skill questions, head over to the Excelsior Library they have books on how to raise every skill available
Just walk on the yellow, then walk in the door, skill books are on 1st floor to the far West.

I used my pet as target with razor macro to 120.
