I know I just seen a guy asked about the rune librarys. And I just got done after an hour in a half looking through every thread even tho I went back way to far in time. But still did it. But can someone give listings on where the rune librarys are? I just remember the one at omg mall I believe its called.

rune library ontop of the youth center. take telepad from next to left of the door. go upstairs to the roof and you'll find all sorts of cool things.

The Youth Center Rune Library is great!! I've used it for taming locations, mining spots, and quest help. It's too bad that more players don't take advantage of all the hard work the YC folks have put in to the building.

Are all yours the same as young center or are they all your own type of places?
