Hey, been trying to log in for the last 3 hours.

Internet connection is fine to all internet sites, download speeds are fine. No difference that I can notice.

However, it will not let me log in to my account, it gets to the Connect screen, and stays there, only to after a minute, send a failure message saying:

Couldn't connect to ultima online. Please try again in a few moments.

Any suggestions please people.

Are you using razor to connect? If not did you change the shard/port to shard.uoex.net port 60 ?

Hey, I figured out the solution.

Razor was conflicting with my internet due to it not being configured right.

Anyone having this problem, go to your UO directory, where UO EXC is installed, and view the RAZORHOWTO (I believe it is something along those line), this will then guide you through how to set it up.

Worked for me first time, and I was sat restarting router, changing IPs, opening ports, all of this.

RAZORHOWTO is your friend!
