How exactly do I use the universal dye tubs?

I'm sure I'm a fool for asking this, but how exactly do I use the colors in the hue room to dye things with a uni dye tub? I know how to same the dyes with the dye tub, but that's it. :-\

Since you had that nifty Star Trek Uniform on your Avatar going on, I figured I would help out with this one.

To use a Universal Dyetub, you double click it, and re-target the same tub.

A menu will appear where you can change the hue number on the tub.

You can change the color of the tub as you wish until it is used up (each universal dyetub works once before it is consumed).

So with that you could probably cycle randomly through the numbers, but to test the hue itself or to see more about the

many different hues the game offers, you can go to the Hue Room, where each Statue (when single clicked) display hue

numbers (Hue Room location: World Teleporter -> Custom -> Hue Room.)

i suggest you don't randomly try different hues because some guilds have purchased hues (4 mil min), and they will ask you to change your color. i would highly suggest going to the hue room and see what hues are available. to change hues dclick the tub and target it's self. you'll get a menu that way. now remember it's a 1 time deal only so be correct on the hue color. good luck if you have questions you can pm me [pm anarchy. good luck

I agree with Anarchy about flipping threw the colors. That is what I did, and I fell in love with a lovely dark green. I had it for a couple months, turns out it was +Chaos's color and I had to change it. I found another color, but still don't like it like I do my original pick. Save yourself the pain and pick a color that is in the hue room.

One way you can check if a hue is not yet taken, is to find it among the thousands of display armors in the hue room. If you for example like hue 1234, then you can try to find it, or at least find hue 1233 and 1235 - if there's an empty space in between them, that means it's taken.

The tubs don't yet skip the reserved hues, however that extra thing is planned for sometime in the future.
