I am trying to figure out will my old account still be around seeing it's been months since I have played? If it will be, who can I contact to get the log-in information?

If not, then I am assuming that I have to make a new account and start over?

If you managed to puit in enough time while playing, then your account should be active still. If the old login/password doesn't work anymore, chances are it's been removed.

It all depends how many months you were in-game vs moths you were away, but it's around 6 months.
