saw a rune for this beastie in dramoors rune library so popped along to check it out - it had 13582 hits 1580 strength 1500 mana hit pretty hard with that strength noticed only had 20% energy resist, was bit disappointed with the lousy loot only 6k gold an no items worth having - yu will need good pets for this mob it killed 1.5 of my pimped imps in a few secs.

he drops crimson cinctures sometimes and good jewelry. an occasional 3 x 58 weapon drop.

Anar.... that is dread horn I think... dread mare is the one at the outskirts of Umbra. I haven't seen a crimson cinture from it (maybe cause I don't have high luck like you)... but it does drop like 5-6K gold

The dread mare has a special looted item to go along with the difficulty level of it, just be patient it could take a many kills to get the item!!
