Need Some Help With Ignore List

I accidently added a friend of mine to my ignore list, and now I can't PM him in game. How do I fix this?
when your friend is online, type [c to bring up the chat list. Find his character name. to the right of their name is a little" m i f"
Click in the red "i" and it should unignore them. the letters mean Message, Ignore, and Friend
