How Do I Obtain A HouseGate?

I noticed some people have gates outside their houses. I would love to have one of these, but I have no clue where to get one. I haven't been playing this shard for very long, so I apologize if this is an idiotic question.

Go to teleporter/Custom/Housegates => teleport here
After this find any "light brown" tile.
Double clic on it (it must be empty) and go to your house. Than confirm it and... vualá - Gate is next your house
