Razor does not start properly

I got the latest version, but at the start i get this message: Razor was unable to locate and load a suitable UO cliloc file. Some text may not be displayed.
Then it stops working. Any ideas about what is wrong?
My Uo directory is C:\games\uo. I don't know if it may be the issue.

The UO location is exactly the problem. Razor looks for UO in its default location of C:\Program Files\Ultima Online and if its not there it gives you the Chiloc error. I believe on startup of razor you can change the UO Data directory to the current one you have and it should work.
