Yes, any weapon can, just buy and put a leveling deed on it. You should read the wiki about weapon leveling though before you do.

of course it can. all you need is 100k tokens and visit the trinsic token stone. or even make it better bye useing 200 ED and wep type changeing it into persay / war hammer / Yumi bow / dbbl axe / halbrid

Yes. But dont do it. Read the godmode formula, on the wiki, for an idea of what weps to use/why. Kryss has bad damage/abilities.

if your gonna go that route i suggest a taskmaster it starts with having 5 dex on it.

plus, no offense devlin your an awesome dude and smart as a whip when it comes to uo but...
when it comes to determining re layer weapons you mentioned about starting points. personally don't really care if a weapon has 234234 starting points. what i'm more concerned about is cost of points.

resist costs 5 sp while most thing are 3-4 points. if you start with a cavorting club you spend less points maxing out resist than using any other weapon. sure a blaze of death is a fast leveler would i use it for a re layer...no. same with darken sky.

plus stamina vs ssi: i think stamina is more important and i don't think ssi really helps, but i do have ssi on my gear. (SoT). i don't think you need more than 30 in ssi though. but you do need over 200 stamina to hit 1.25 secs. ah well that is for another argument. so what do you think is better a mule or a noble hahahahaha
