Blank Scrolls

i'm working on my cartography and i was just wondering if there was a way to craft blank scrolls instead of buying them?

i'm afraid we dont have scroll crafting in. So the only way to get them is buying.

We sell bulk blank scrolls in the TAG Mall if you are interested. They are on the vendor in back of Mall Named Tools & More
