Ninjitsu book?
I have been wandering around for quite some time looking for the Ninjitsu book but no luck in finding them on any NPC. I remember I could buy it from NPC ninja but I don't see any on this shard except those in red. Would anybody pls help advising on this?

Go to custom/Excelsior halls through the world tele, ninja book guy should be seated on a bench when u come out of the gate
