So for the last week or so off and on i have been trying to page for help and each time i do i either get...Sorry no staff members are available, blah blah blah or a Queue status of whatever till that vanishes and it goes back to saying sorry again, i know the staff have a life too but how are you supposed to get help when nobody is ever around it seems anymore.

I agree... I imagine alot of the staff members are VERY busy in there real life.

Whatever it is you need you probably have to wait alittle bit, it takes time for them. We know its their job to help, but they try the best they can. I mean theres only now.. what... four staff members now? And alot of them DO have lifes outside of gaming world.

All i'm trying to say is be patient when them. They will come around

Well, basically there's 3 - +Colibri, +Veritas and +Nyx. Not sure about +Jade and +Mocha - are they even around?
