Help with weapon type change deed

First of all, hello to every forum member, i am new here
My question is about the weapon type change deed, i am not sure what stats will and what stats will not transfer, could anyone tell me the exact stats that would be in the final weapon?
My plan is to level a cutlass and change it to the night reaper:

as far as i know, and i could very well be wrong - you would keep the physical resist, defense chance increase, hit magic arrow, hit stamina leech from the cutlass - you would LOSE the demon slayer, damage increase, night sight, swing speed increase from the night reaper, and KEEP the damage, speed, range, strength requirement, 2 handedness of the bow.
Otherwise if you kept the stuff on there, everyone would re-layer everything into a Spirit of the Totem for the 20 strength.

Just wondering about the slayer title, i wish it would stay.
Would be nice to get a staff member's answer cause then i could be completely sure about the stats...

the weapon type change deed changes only the appearance, specials, weapon damage, speed, two/one handed, skill required.
you will get EVERY property that is on that cutlass, physical resist, defense chance increase, hit magic arrow, hit mana leech, hit stamina leech.
you will NOT keep any stats from the night reaper. It is merely a cosmetic and mechanic change.

I quess i'll level both and keep them as separate weapons since the slayer title wont stay... Well you can't have everything
