Help request -> The Buff Bar not showing any Buffs

Alright, I have the Buff Bar showing (blue dot in the top right corner of the status window), problem is Night sight, protection, bless, strength none of these show up there.
Is this as intended or is it something I do not have on.

Nifty. I didnt even know that thing exsisted. I dont know if it works or not

yes it's inactive. have to use ya ears to determine when they buff's go away.
