cant retunr vendors to vendor mall

i run a vendor mall and needed to customize my the house it has kicked all player vendors out of the house and the return vendor option is not there not sure what i can do? i read online i should be able to single click my self and choose return vendor option that is followed by a gump to select what vendor to return to the location i am currently standing however no return vendor option is there also the vendors are there but not the normal resevred for vendor deed on the ground when u move ur vendor to stock them or whatever. plaese help dunno what else to do
