My taming is 100 (with help from a couple jewelry items) but when I try to tame a dragon, nightmare or any such all i seem to do is anger the beast, Am I skipping a step?

This is normal, you have a chance to start to tame them, if you fail then you anger it.

Just keep trying over and over and over until it works. (good idea to macro in razer)

also dont forget to lower there health to nearlly 0 - also peacemaking works.
