+Colibri Please help.

Hello,
I just started playing on the server today and I did the command ingame laccount and chose the add account button to create an account for my oldest son to be able to play on here with me. The feature seems to be broken and instead pops up the change email form. I put a ticket in this evening ingame and Nyx told me that it was indeed broken at the moment. Would it be possible for you to manually create accounts for my children? I would actually be able to get all 3 of my boys their own accounts.

Your best bet would probably be to page in game and have that escalated to +Colibri. I don't believe he checks forum post nearly as often as the page queue.

Both of my pages this evening got answered by +Nyx do I need to specifically put in my help request that its for +Colibri then?

She has likely already escalated the page in that case. Just be patient and +Colibri will get to you page as soon as he gets a chance.
