So i found this in the codex....

Refer to Codex section 2 for exact rules.
There are three distinctions: P: Public chat violations, L: Local chat violations, N: Naming violations

1st step: You will be warned and if the violation is heavy enough you may be immediately
[P: banned from chat for up to a few hours] or
[L: jailed for up to a few hours].

Not gonna post the rest of it because we all know the rest but my point is....I was never warned so this is not right....Just saying

I don't know how many times I have to say this, but here it is again.

Go to forum to complain = fail. Every...single...time.

I have already explained this issue to you. Taking matters to the forums is neither appropriate nor within the codex.

I've took the time to look into this issue, there's a few things that i'd like to point out:

- Based on what was said in public chat, technically it's not breaking the rules.
- There was more to this story than the two innocent (yet somewhat discouraging/cynical) comments in public.
- Sometimes a temporary chat ban is given if there is too much going on. Sending a message or coming in person wasn't really an option with many people waiting for the technical issues to be resolved.

To use a metaphor: if you come to a house party, and you laugh about how they ran out of finger sandwiches, you can't exactly expect a kind response from the host, who worked very hard to get the party going.

So there were some technical issues, it happens... we immediatelly worked to get them resolved asap.
