So I have this BA little warhammer that I have been leveling and have come to a point where I'm not sure where the best place to put some points are.
The obvious thing to do is to keep doing what I'm doing and put 60 lightning and 60 fireball. However part of me thinks that going 40 lightning, fireball and harm would net me more damage overall.
There is probably some mathematical formula that would answer this for me but math and I rarely see eye to eye so I figured I would ask here and enlist the help of some of the math nerds I know are floating around here.
So if it was you what would you do? I have 15 more levels to put on it before I have to just start guessing.
DPS wise it's mostly the same - damage for lightning is 30-34, fireball 12-32 and harm is 23-29. But since harm is cold damage, it might be better to spread damage across types (ener/fire/cold instead of just ener/fire). All in all - it's all circumstantial and matter of personal preference - you wouldn't notice the difference between the two.
For 60L/60F average dmg is 25,2 - 39,6; For 40L/40F/40H it is 26-38.
