So, i installed UO again to a laptop that had it's hard drive changed since the old one broke down... Now after installing UO, razor and +N's patch the game won't save a profile file
(C:\Program Files\Ultima Online\Desktop\[here should be a profile file])

Was just wondering if it is safe to manually create it since i got backups for my char's files (chardata, macros and the others)?

Yes, you can copy-paste the Desktop folder from your old client, into this new one, and the macros will work.
But i think there's another issue why it currently doesn't save. It's probably because you have it in C:/Program Files - which since Vista/Win7/Win8 require special permission. Try to run UO (or razor, however you start it up) by right-clicking the program, then Run As Administrator.

Oh right forgot that this user might not be set as the administrator
