I wear a bracelet with +14 stealing. I'm at 100.0 in stealing, and when i wear it, i'm always to 100.0 and not at 114.0 . I think it is a bug.

for that to bracelet to take you past 100 skill you will need to eat a 115 Stealing PS or higher. if you eat a 110 you will cap at 110 with that jewel piece. Jewelry will not take you past cap, only up to cap . hope that helps ya out
