Mistvale Monster Quests

I have attempted to do the Mistvale monster quests but have not been able to find the NPC quest giver. The WIKI mentions her name is Ilene however I cant seem to find anyone with that name. I have said "hail" to I'm pretty sure everyone in the Mistvale building and still no luck. Is this still functioning?? or am I the wrong spot possibly? I have done 2 of the Armaments quests already and have another one in progress as well as the demonic deeds quest and Merchant quest. I don't think any of them should stop me from being able to do a monster quest...

any assistance would be appreciated.

This quest is currently disabled until +C has time to fix a bug that was allowing players to complete it over and over with no delay. It's been a problematic quest since the first day it opened, and I've exhausted all the other options for fixing this myself. At this point, it's either get the bug fixed or the quest has to be taken down. I'll remind him about it, and hopefully it can get back up and running before long.
