Since there have been many questions revolving around how to properly use "Bracelets of Binding", I will try and explain to use them in the most effective manner. Please feel free for others to provide input and comments.
First you will need 1 Receiver/Master. This receiver will NOT require any translocation powder since you will use it for others to "bind" to your receiver (as in the picture below, please note that I accidentally added 100 trans powder)

Next, friends will hand you their Bracelet of Binding (Slave) and you will single left click select "bind" or "rebind" and click on your receiver. This will have their bracelet of binding they handed to you bind to your Receiver. You will then hand the Bracelet of Binding/Slave you just binded back to your friend and its ready to use. I suggest testing it to check that it is properly binded.
You WILL need to ADD powder of translocation to the bracelet of binding to function properly. (10uses for traveling to and from Fel, 1use for travel to and from Tram).
Your backpack should include 1 RECEIVER/MASTER and many BRACELETS/SLAVES (as seen in the picture below).

Common mistakes include: having many bracelets of bindings directly linked with each other, so if you want to brace 5 friends to one location, you will need to add and remove each specific person's Bracelet of Binding instead of simply putting on your Receiver as described above.
I also suggest to bless or insure your Receiver since if you lose it, EVERYONE will need to rebind to your new receiver.
