i am looking how getting pigment of tokuno , but do'nt see anywhere how getting them

Pigments of Tokuno are a greater artifact of Tokuno. While killing critters and mobs in Tokuno, you will get random minor artifacts that drop in your bag. after you have collected 10 of these, Go and see Ihara Soko the Finance Minister of Tokuno, who is located on the second floor of the large building west of Makato Zento. Drop all 10 minor arties on him and he will give you a random greater artifact. The dyes are a greater arty, and it is random what you get. If you need something asap, you can check player vendors, or look on vendors.uoex.net to find one being sold by a player. Good luck!
