I need to re-format HD tomorrow. I already have my UOEX game files backed up. Should I do anything else? I'd like to get right back into playing as soon as it is done.

Well all of the data is stored on the server, so you shouldn't loose anything. The only thing that is stored on your computer is the position of your spellicons and such. You can back these up if you go into your UO directory, and make a backup of the "desktop" folder that is inside the UO directory. Of course, if you backup the whole UO directory, it's also ok.
This desktop folder keeps your:
- client macros (not razor macros though)
- settings for things like music volume, well anything you can access in the settings
- position of spell icons and the game window.
Please note that razor macros are stored in the razor directory. So if you got any of those (and especially if it took you days to make one, hehe) then you need to go into your razor directory and back that up too.
