Macroing STR/DEX/INT

hey all i was curious what would be best wato macro the basic stsa up? Any tips?

Stats are slow to gain, no doubt about it. No one macro is good for stats: train several things. I always train useful skills like hiding, healing, stealth, resist, music, peace, spirit speak, and combat skills, etc. Train everything and your stats will eventually get there, but remember that even if you're capped in a skill, you will gain stats from it if that skill is not locked.
