So i assume u use the bio tool to sampe different types of DNA and use organics as the materials.
its also a bit disheartening with such a high amount of organics and luck to gather, i realy wanna make a bio of my own but it seems itl be alot quicker to buy one
do people sell DNA? so could i buy maxed DNA and then make the bio myself? or would the DNA dissapere if i fail?
Thanks.

You use a bio tool, an empty bottle, 1000 organics and 15 iron ingots to attempt to make a vial. At 120 animal taming and 120 tinkering your success chance is 90%. Thoses vials are the ones you will use to gather your 4 types of DNAs: mimic, prowess, etc. Keep in mind that for very high quality of dna, you will brake multiple vials before succeeding.
You also need to make a vial set to combine all 4 vials. For that, 3 bottles, 5000 organics and 15 iron ingots are needed. There again the success chance is 90? if you are legendary tinker and tamer.
Vials can be bought. You can also buy a bio directly. If you go for a human bio, you will want to make him a suit with high reflect physical damage, spell chanelling sheild, spell chanelling weapon with high stamina and life leech. self repair 5 on the weapon comes in handy. Be also prepared to repair the armor often.
To give you an idea of the strenght of each type of bio, i can let my human one in front of a balron and he will put it down quite fast while not goingunder 80% life. If i do the same thing with a pet, it will be a close fight and if the bio wins, he will almost be redlined. The advantage though is that you dont need to dress your bio if it is a monster/animal, and his resists go up to 75 instad of 70 for a human.
To finish, bios are good tanks, but they will never kill as fast as a good pack of nobles or imprisoned pets. They cant be shrinked and cost 10 powder of translocation everytime you move them around in fel. The upper side is that, unlike nobles or other pets (except the imprisoned ones), they do not lose stats upon death.
I hope this helps
