On Vacation away from normal IP can't log on!

I am on vacation and away from my normal IP address. All I want to do is make sure my bee's survive and make sure that my vendor is paid up so he doesn't disappear. I can't log on. All it tells me is that "you are unable to connect to Ultima at this time please try again later". Can anyone help me? Internet signal is strong enough to support streaming movies yet I can't connect? Is this a safety precaution from the Admin. Please reply to this post so I can have a little piece of mind. Thank you for your time reading and responding to this.

You should be able to login from any IP, I have a feeling this is due to some restrictions of the ISP or could be that the hotel you are in only allows regular traffic like websites and email, but restricts all other traffic. Try to open up http://portal.uoex.net, if that thing loads then this is probably the case.

The only solution I can think of is that you try to connect from somewhere else, where they don't have such restrictions.

Or maybe a firewall? Perhaps ask the hotel manager if port 60 is open.
