Client Stops Responding on Window Focus Change

Just as the title says.

I can play for hours straight without a problem, but as soon as I change focus to razor or UOAM or a web browser the client stops responding. Sometimes if I put focus back on the client it will respond again but other times it will hang until I dump the client through task manager. The client screen just goes white like it's "thinking" and sits there.

I'm Using Win7 x64 pro with plenty of memory and processor.
I've tried compatability and administrator mode, but always the same result.

Any tips?

run razor as run admin. or set up a hot key to say in game window's is bad and when the white screen shows up run that macro from razor. it'll unfreeze your screen. happens when jumping from game to IE/mozilla. i've notcied.
