Teleport "Location Is Blocked"?

As the topic says I keep getting an error message when I cast teleport on a rune. I've remarked that rune and several others in many different spots in town, dungeons and in the wild and I get the same message. Does UOex modify the teleport script to make this happen? If so, how do i jump from place to place with a pet?

You don't cast teleport on runes. You use either recall or gate, or the chivalry or druid versions of those spells.

AND when u cast the right spell, and u get the msg. location is blocked ya can use necromancy to morph into wraith form. You will never fail to recall when in wraith form. Even if location blocked.
