What to do with all these PS?

here's an idea, make a npc that will take say 10 ps of one lvl and give u 1 ramdon one back the next lvl higher.
right now they r just building up filling up the PS bod books, i mean how many 110 PS can i store....?

105X10 = 110 105x100 = 115 105x1000 = 120
110x10 = 115 110x100 =120
115x10 = 120

and that will suck up all the extra PS . and still keep 120's rare

another nice touch would be to add another tier where you could turn in like 100 scrolls of 120 skill for a 130 pet scroll, random again of course.
