Does anyone know if lottos are legal here on this shard...example making a locked box and putting a item in it with a vendor next to it with a bunch of keys inside the vendor with only 1 key being the 1 that will unlock the box for a price like 1000 gold 10k gold or whatever as long as 1 key is 1 that will unlock it?

only if 1 key does open the chest i think it's legal. mind you i might just to keep you honest will buy all the keys and test them all out. i will be using fraps/razor to record what i'm doing to make sure you are honest. besides all that negativity i think it's a brilliant idea.

I was just seeing if it was legal or not...i remember doing it in uo for items i didnt need anymore and doing a cleaver way to make alittle gold on the side, but i cant find a way to even make a key on this shard so oh well

sounds reasonable, but any thief could just pick the lock and steal it anyway.
i have seen this idea but it was random boxes filled with "prizes" for like 10k each that usually had like 10 black pearl in them.

what you could do is fill your vendor with 10 chests locked. 1 has an item, and hehehe forgot about lock picking.
