Keep my bion in a stable

Hi all. I have a single quest but i dont know what to do.

I'm not having enough time to play UO at the moment but i wouldn't like to lose my bio or all item i got. I Keep my bio in stable but i dont know if it could be there all time, repeat i dont want to lose it!
I wish to know if there are some to do to dont lose it. I hope anyone could understand me !

I took 6 months away from game and didnt lose a thing in my stable so i think your safe... Just make sure you got gold in your bank

Are there any set rules on house/account decay or are they non-existent?

House clean up is based on how much time your account has been played and how long your account is inactive.
Nothing official has been released but it's quite a bit of time for a typical player.

I do remember +C posting a formula for that, the longer you have played, the longer you can go before your account is deleted. The only time a house will drop, is when your account is deleted.
