Is the elven heritage quest working on the shard? along those lines do the elves gain the racial bonuses?

Elven quest is not active on this shard... only prop to elven race is +5 on energy resist. And humans here can wear all elven 'only' gear and weps.

Yah also, my daughter created an account last week and, even if they give the choice between human and Elf when you create your character, Elf won't let you proceed. On the bright side, there is a hairstylist who offers elven haircuts in Heartwood and it is possible to use a universal dytub on you to have the skin color of your choice.
